1. Applications and Budget
The group discussed the awards budget relative to the amount awarded thus far. There are no outstanding applications at this time.
The group discussed procedures for monitoring funds and communicating and outlining procedures for award recipients. The committee discussed using Excel and other procedures to streamline the application, award, and spending processes.

3. Programming – update
The group discussed presentations to be scheduled. Beth Woodard will contact Glenda Morgan and Josh Morrill to discuss a qualitative and quantitative research methods presentation. The group also discussed a presentation on IRB processes and best practices for librarians. The group also continued the conversation about reinstating RPC brown bags. An email will be sent to the past year’s awardees.
4. Additional Items
The group will discuss research support for APs at the next meeting. The group briefly discussed a call for historical research sharing and whether RPC might be a joint sponsor for an event.
