Exhibitions Committee Minutes 14 March 2012

Exhibitions Committee Meeting Minutes 3:00pm, Wednesday, March 14, 2012

Note: Meeting was held a day after the usual scheduled time.

Present: Chris Johns, Pat Miller, Jody Waitzman, Lonnie Clark

1.   Web Updates and Calendar

Updated schedules for FY12 and FY13 were passed out. Jody will talk with Marten Stromberg in RBML regarding 2 potential exhibits. Chris will test the web form to make sure Lonnie is getting emails with each exhibit request. Chris will work with Zack Grant of the Sustainable Farm for a possible summer display.

2.   Exhibit Supplies

Jody made a couple of boxes to support exhibits and will bring these to the next meeting for feedback. Chris will order a power stapler to be added to the supplies cabinet for use on the North South Corridor wall boards.

3.   GA Exhibit Contest

We spent most of the meeting reviewing the 6 submitted entries and agreed on 2 winning submissions. Pat agreed to draft responses to all who submitted entries, and send to the group for feedback before sending out to the GAs.
