1.  Approve November 23, 2009 Minutes

Minutes were approved.

2.  Question Time

Where are we with the Google Digitization Program? It should be starting around July 1. EC encouraged the Library to get involved and help move it forward.

3.  English Librarian Position

This was discussed and the committee made a recommendation to Paula.

4.  Visiting Coordinator for Visual Resources Access and Services

This position may be best served by sitting in the Scholarly Commons. Paula will ask Beth Sandore to talk to Sarah about the position.

5.  Position Requests

     a.  Head, Preservation

     b.  CAS Main Stacks Manager

     c.  CAS Patron Services Manager

     d.  Interim Head, CAS

     e.  LAC Librarian

     f.  Japanese Librarian

     g.  Middle Eastern Librarian

The committee discusses and will continue to discuss the positions.
