The Library Colloquium Committee presents John Unsworth, Dean of the Graduate School of Library and Information Science. Prior to joining GSLIS, Dean Unsworth was at the University of Virginia, as Director of their Institute for Advanced Technology in the Humanities and as a faculty member in the department of English. He has been involved with many research projects across the disciplines in the humanities and has published widely on the topic of electronic scholarship.
About the Presentation: Dean Unsworth will be speaking about a project to engage CIC universities in self-archiving scholarly production in open-access digital repositories. It promises to be an interesting and useful discussion.
