22 February 2012

The CAPT meeting and the Web-scale discovery were scheduled with significant overlap. The CAPT committee met from 3:30-4:00 p.m., and the Web-scale discovery implementation team met at 4 p.m.

ORR/SFX implementation team:

proposal was to form a separate communication working group, but suggestion on the table is that CAPT avoid setting up a separate and additional group. Committee agreed to invite Heather Murphy and Merinda Hensley to join the ORR/SFX implementation team with the express purpose of developing communication for users and Library staff around the migration.
