Budget Group Minutes January 21, 2011

 

Budget Group minutes    January 21, 2011 meeting

All members were in attendance.

1.     Fee Requests

 Budget Group reviewed Fee proposals and requests received earlier this month, and made initial decisions regarding which proposals to pursue. Budget Group members will follow up with those who submitted proposals, as needed, and will share a first draft of the list of FY12 Library/IT Fee proposals with the Executive Committee and the Senate Committee on the Library later this month.

 

2.    Summer Grad Hourlies

                      Scott will put out a call. Also GAs and Coordinator GAs - next meeting

3.     ACES request to extend person from 9 to 12 months

            Approved for this summer only, due to unsure status of FY12 budget.

4.     TSD position requests           

            TSD has asked to present a revised request at future date
