Budget Planning Group Minutes 12-12-2012

Minutes  – BUDGET GROUP
      
December 12, 2012 

All members in attendance. (Beth Sandore by phone).

  1. Technology Prototyping Initiative request

    Beth and Sue will follow-up.

  2. HPNL AcHourly request

    The Budget Group determined not to approve this request.

  3. FY14 GA discussion

    Sue will be sending a call out to units shortly.

  4. Annual Report update

    The Office of the Provost has not yet determined a due date. However, meetings with the units and Provost/CBOC should begin by end of February or first of March. Additional emphasis this year on cash balances and unit plans for use.
