Minutes – BUDGET GROUP
November 16, 2012 1:30 PM
All members in attendance.
- Jane Block request-The Budget Group approved a request from Jane Block to increase Civil Service employee to 100% from current 50% time.
- Fee Request procedure for FY14-Due to the uncertainty regarding the UL monies for FY14 and beyond, the decision was made not to put out a call for Fee Proposals at this time.
- Annual Report-No guidelines have been issued yet by the Office of the Provost. BG will begin preparing the Annual Report based upon previous years guidelines until FY14 are received from the Provost.
- Staff Pool update-If requested and approved, the IAS replacement for Helen Sullivan will be at least partially funded from her line in the Staff Pool. Over 50% of the allocated funds for reclasses have now been spent.
