  1. Reference Hubs’ Implementation Plans – Review and finalize
      • Added term limits under staffing model for unit heads
      • Discussed whether to specify amount and type of staff contributing time to each desk
      • Finalized Main/UGL Hub plan
  2. Reference NSM/RSC Assessment Plan – Review Draft
    • Need to specify which items are NSM related and which are ongoing
    • Send comments to Susan by 5/2, then post to libnews for feedback
  3. Previewed Referral Database
      • Discussed features of web form, and how to edit entries for individuals/units
      • Decided on fields for referral form – staff info, patron info, question, worked done so far
      • Bill will make edits for next version
