- Reference NSM desk implementation for Main/UGL Hub Discussion
- Unit heads and others from the hub joined the committee to discuss implementation plans
- A small team (Nancy, David, Steve, Kathleen) will draft a plan for RSC to consider at the April meeting
- Reference Services Privacy/Records Policy (Time Permitting) (David)
- Scott has asked the group to consider developing a policy for how we handle records of reference transactions, including storage, how patron information is tracked and stored, and how long records are held.
- This will be discussed in the summer
