Memorandum of Understanding

In order to create an environment of efficiency and usefulness, the Office of Collections has implemented the use of the Memorandum of Understanding for large and/or significant gifts. The purpose is to have the process documented in writing, a plan of action in place, and a timeline envisioned. Library gifts-in-kind have the potential to greatly enrich our collections and the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding seeks to expedite this process, thus in turn better serving our user community.
