The Chemistry Library is located on the 1st floor of Noyes Lab in the northeast corner. The ADA entrance to the building is on the northeast corner of the building and the elevator is in the east corridor. The first floor is one flight up from this entrance.

The nearest restrooms are located in the west hallway of Noyes Lab on the other side of the large lecture hall.
You may check out bound periodicals in the Chemistry Library for 2 weeks. The Chemistry Library does not have a copier, so you should either scan an article on one of the scanners or check out the volume.
Our journals are arranged alphabetically and located immediately after the books.
Due to high use, the Chemistry Library does not circulate Reserve Materials overnight. The overdue fine for Reserve Materials is $5 for each portion of, or additional, hour.
Daily overdue fines are not assessed for books. However, once an item is 34 days overdue, the books is considered "lost" and a $10.00 processing fee is assessed. Please check your library account often and renew materials as needed. You will often get an email about overdue items
If you have a book that has gone to Lost status, please bring the book into the Chemistry Library.
If you have lost a book, come and speak to the Chemistry Library staff as we can help locate a suitable replacement copy. (No Lost Book fine, Library gets replacement.)
