This event cannot take place without the support of the community and local businesses. THE BOOK MARKET @ THE SQUARE is currently looking for sponsors to assist in covering the expenses of the event. In return, businesses will receive many benefits and advertisement opportunities through sponsorship of this event. The benefits and costs are broken up into four different categories. The categories are as follows:
Level One Sponsorship |
Benefits
- Designated as an “Official Sponsor of the 2006 BOOK MARKET @ THE SQUARE”
- Sponsors name/logo to be displayed on the Official Event Schedule
- Sponsors name/logo displayed on the BOOK MARKET @ THE SQUARE website
- Sponsors name/logo announce at the event
- Sponsors name/logo displayed on any of the BOOK MARKET @ THE SQUARE promotional posters
- One free space (one table and two chairs) reserved for sponsors organization for use during the event. (Additional space $25 per table)
- Official sponsor of a program at the BOOK MARKET @ THE SQUARE, such as the Adult Spelling Bee, or a children’s program. In addition, sponsor banner will be displayed at event
Costs
- Sponsorship rights fee of $400 for the use of the BOOK MARKET @ THE SQUARE to defray costs and to further promote the event
OR
- Sponsorship rights fee of an in-kind donation worth $500 AND product or gift certificate donation for use in the raffle at the event.
Level Two Sponsorship |
Benefits
- Designated as an “Official Sponsor of the 2006 BOOK MARKET @ THE SQUARE”
- Sponsors name/logo to be displayed on the Official Event Schedule
- Sponsors name/logo displayed on the BOOK MARKET @ THE SQUARE website
- Sponsors name/logo announce at the event
