Portico to Make Permanent Archives of Elsevier Journals

Elsevier has announced a partnership with Portico, a non-profit electronic archiving service, under which Portico will preserve over 2,100 current and back issues of published journals on Elsevier's ScienceDirect service in a permanent archive.
