How to fill out the ILLiad buttons in Desk Tracker.

The "Illiad" field in Desk Tracker is a simple binary set of radio buttons only available in the Info Desk East, West, and South desks.

Worked on (left in ToDo queue)

Select this button if you performed some work on an ILLiad request but did not route the completed request out to the "xInfoDeskWorkCompleted" queue. This includes when you work on a request but do not add any notes or other visible work to the request.

Answered (routed out to completed)

Select this button only if you routed an ILLiad request to the xInfoDeskWorkCompleted queue.
