Description: Student and Faculty Organization Constitutions and Registration Cards including cards and forms showing date, name, address and purpose of organization; names, addresses and telephone numbers of president, treasurer and any other officers and name of the advisor. Forms titled "student organization information card" and "application for registered organization status" replaced the requirement for filing a copy of the constitution, ca. 1965. Series includes "Request for the Use of University Premises" forms for organizations in the 1983-2002 period.
