Description: Alumni and Faculty Biographical ( Alumni News Morgue) File contains information regarding deceased and living alumni, faculty members, trustees, and former students. The folder for any given individual may include correspondence, obituaries, eulogies, photographs, address cards, questionnaires (used in preparing the 1912 and 1913 Alumni Records), dues notices, clippings from the Illinois Alumni News, newspaper clippings, programs, publications, recollections or other related materials. Topics covered in an individual folder include vital statistics, university activities, and subsequent careers. The file was created by the Alumni Association, but University Archives staff have added and continue to add materials to the file. A complete list of alumni who are included in the file does not exist. Please contact the archives if you would like us to search for information on a particular individual.
