User Forms
In order to gain access to materials in the Advertising Council Archives each user must complete and submit the
Advertising Council Archives User Form.
For further restrictions on the copying and use of audio, video, and photographic materials in the Advertising Council Archives please see the
Multimedia Materials Usage Form.
Both forms are in pdf format, which can be read with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
