Job Description:

The Undergraduate Library is recruiting a Graphic Artist to join an Institute for Museum and Library Services grant funded project.  Design and create layouts, icons, backgrounds, color schemes, and visual elements as needed for mobile and web applications used to find library resources.

Requirements:

Must have the ability to interpret requirements for graphics and then create final products for mobile and web applications.  Experience formatting and sizing graphic icons and other graphic files for mobile applications is required.   Experience developing designs for multimedia applications for Android and iOS on mobile and tablet devices. Interested applicants should have portfolio examples of past projects to showcase.

Skills:                    

Skills required are proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.  Familiarity with CSS and HTML skills are preferred.  Previous web design experience preferred.
