Scholarly Communications and Research Data Services Support
Graduate Hourly (15 hours a week)
The University Library’s Scholarly Commons has a graduate hourly position (15 hours a week) focused on support for the IDEALS repository, electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs), and research data services (RDS) open immediately.
The responsibilities of this position include:
We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable working within web applications, editing web pages and XML, has good attention to detail, and can work independently. Knowledge of scholarly communication and data management issues is preferred, but not required.
This position will report to Sarah Shreeves, Coordinator of IDEALS and co-Coordinator of the Scholarly Commons, and to Sarah Williams, Life Sciences Data Services Librarian. The position will be based in the Scholarly Commons and is available immediately through May 15, 2014.
