IM Research Assistance Now Available Faculty, students, and staff now can use Instant Messaging (IM) to reach a librarian for immediate assistance with research questions. The service is available using various brands of IM software, including AOL Instant Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, and MSN Chat. The screen name for the Main Library reference service is askuiuc, and the screen name for the Undergraduate Library is askundergrad.
